I. Orders and shipping

Register as a client

Futurasmus, S.L. is a wholesaler specialized in KNX components that only sells to professionals (companies and freelancers) and in no case to consumers and users.

To access and use the online shopping service, you must have reached the age of majority established by the legal order in force in Spain.

(understood as "natural persons who act with a purpose other than their commercial, business, trade or profession" and "legal persons and entities without legal personality that act non-profit in an area other than a commercial

or business activity", according to the General Spanish Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

To register as a client, you must follow the following steps:

1.- Create a web account at https://www.futurasmus-knxgroup.es/register.php and finish the process using the confirmation email.

2.- If you are a company or self-employed in the electricity and / or home automation sector, register your Futur+ account at https://www.futurasmus-knxgroup.es/registerexpress.php. You will receive a reply within 24/48

3.- Access your customer data in your Futur+ account to view / modify:

  • Contact information
  • Tax data
  • Users linked to your company
  • Shipment information
  • Billing information
  • Payment Methods
  • Acceptance of the Futurasmus Terms and Conditions of sale.
  • Etc.

The client will not be able to modify their tax data unilaterally through their online account on the www.futurasmus-knxgroup.es website. To do this, you must contact us through any of the usual means (email, telephone, etc.) and Futurasmus will modify the necessary data (always making sure that the buyer is a company or self-employed and not an end customer). What the client can modify are the authorized users, contact information, delivery addresses, etc.

Our online order processing and monitoring service is intended for companies / freelancers already registered in our customer database. In other words, it is intended for professionals in the KNX sector and, in no case, for end customers. Therefore, it is assumed that the buyer knows the material acquired and has the necessary knowledge for its installation, programming and commissioning (regardless of the technical support that Futurasmus, SL offers to all its clients for specific doubts, specific solutions, possible component defects, etc.).

Commercial support and cost estimates

You can request commercial support by contacting our commercial department or by accessing your Futur+ account (request personalized offers, request the extension of validity of your estimates, access your discounts as a professional, consult shipping costs, track your orders, etc.)

Delivery date

Products in stock: products stocked in Futurasmus (identified on the web) are shipped immediately and take between 24 and 48 hours.

Other products: products that are not in stock may take between 10 and 15 days, depending on the manufacturers and the availability of each item (for a more specific period, we recommend consulting your Futur+ account).

In the event that, due to a production or other problem, the order is expected to take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.


Orders will be delivered to the indicated address through a transport agency.

The shipping costs will be specified in each offer, since they depend on the weight, volume and destination.

The delivery shipping method included in the offers is under CPT terms (INCOTERMS 2010). If the client wants full insurance coverage, he must request it to include the extra cost of this service in the final offer.

You can check the status of your order through an online tracking system for shipments from your Futur+ account.

There is also the possibility of collecting with EXW, this has no cost for our clients. We will notify our customers when the items are ready to be collected and our customers should contact their transport company to arrange the collection at our offices.

Prices and payment methods

List prices and discounts

At Futurasmus, S.L. We work with retail prices recommended by the original manufacturer of the products. You can view these prices on our website once you have registered a web account.

Futurasmus takes the utmost care in the control but does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the prices on the website, which may be modified at any time and without notice at the discretion of Futurasmus..

Although Futurasmus allocates the necessary resources for this, it does not assume any obligation to update the prices present on its website.

Customers (companies and / or freelancers) who have activated their Futur+ account will be able to consult at any time the discounts applicable to their purchases, categorized by manufacturer and discount group.

In addition, we are at your disposal: our sales representatives can personally review any material offer, at the customer`s request.

Payment methods

The currently available forms of payment are:

  • Bank transfer: if you select this option, you will receive an email with all the necessary information to make the payment by bank transfer.
  • Charge by credit or debit card: for payments made by credit or debit card, a connection is made with the bank`s secure gateway that implements SSL in all communications. This prevents the interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is ensured in all communications established during the transaction. In addition, it also enables mechanisms to verify the authenticity of the origin of transactions to prevent the manipulation of data by third parties and guarantee the integrity of the transaction.

Access your Futur+ account to select your usual form of payment, which will be the one that is applied by default to all your purchases (also online).


1.- Through your Futur+ account, you can request deferred payment for up to 30 days (also available for online purchases). Deferred payment purchases will be insured by credit insurance.

2.- An additional 2% discount is applied to all advance purchases.

3.- The first purchase is always paid in advance.

III. Warranty and product returns


LThe guarantees of the products that Futurasmus sells and distributes are those defined by each manufacturer and will be valid from the purchase date indicated on the invoice or delivery note that the customer receives with the product. To learn the duration of the guarantee and conditions of each manufacturer, contact our sales department.

Products damaged on delivery

Products damaged on delivery will be excluded from the warranty.

Deliveries are made in CPT terms according to INCOTERMS 2010.

If a client who wishes to take out shipping insurance to cover any damage to the devices or loss of the package, they must notify Futurasmus, S.L. prior to purchase. The cost of the insurance will be borne by the client and will be included in the quote.

In case of receiving a damaged product from the transport company, the client must notify Futurasmus, S.L. as soon as possible and send photographs of the damage suffered, within 24 hours in order to make the shipping insurance effective.

In the event that the client has contracted a full coverage insurance, the total amount of the products will be covered, otherwise the only amount paid will be that established by the legal terms of the mandatory insurance contracted by the transport company.

Futurasmus is not responsible for products damaged by transport services.

Cases where the guarantee is void and will not take effect

1.- Ending of warranty period offered by the manufacturer. This period is measured from the date of purchase and the day of notification of the failure. The warranty period may vary from one manufacturer to another.

2.- Products with damaged or broken by usage in different conditions than those recommended by the manufacturer, like the installation in harsh weather conditions, wrong installation, falls, impacts, cracks, sings of vandalism,casualties or damages produced by other reasons not imputable to the normal functioning conditions of the product.

3.- Improper use with other accessories not recommended by the manufacturer or by the use of software different from the one provided by the manufacturer.

4.- Use in inadequate environments (place of installation, level of IP protection, temperature, humidity, vibration, etc.) according to the specifications of the manufacturer.

5.- Installation that doesn’t meet the requirements indicated by the manufacturer (power supply, supported power, land electrical connection, power surge protection, non-compliance with the low voltage regulation, etc.)

6.- Improper manipulation of any control label from the product such as serial number, model, sealing, etc. The serial numbers must be clearly visible with no scratches or breaks and all the labels in perfect state of maintenance and cleanness. Products with no serial number will be considered as repairable products with no warranty coverage.

7.- Any attempt to open the device or manipulate of the electronic components even if its minimal or insignificant, even if it’s not the direct cause of the malfunctioning.

8.- Warranty does not cover the premature damage caused by forcé majeure, negligence, environmental conditions over the limits indicated by the manufacturer nor electrical power surge.

9.- The perishable components such as lamps, batteries or cells are not covered by the warranty nor the consequences of the leaking of liquids from the previously mentioned components.

Futurasmus S.L. transfers to its customers the warranty of the manufacturer of the components with respect to the correct functioning of said components; Furthermore, any sale and purchase of goods is carried out in accordance with European regulations in this regard (see our Terms and Conditions of Purchase for more information on defective products and the RMA process).

However, Futurasmus S.L. and Futurasmus GmbH expressly decline any responsibility for the possible malfunction of a (not defective) component in the context of an installation and/or in combination with other components, systems and/or protocols.

Likewise, we expressly decline any responsibility derived from the operation of the whole or part of any installation/project in which components acquired in Futurasmus have been used.

The guarantees do not cover those products that present malfunctions caused by incorrect or incomplete installation, installation in inappropriate places, misuse or negligence of the users (understanding by the users to anyone who has access to the product: including integrators as well as end users) drops, impacts or any sign of vandalism will automatically cancel the warranty.

Likewise, Futurasmus, S.L. is not responsible for the possible incompatibility between products of different manufacturers, systems or protocols.

Claim conditions - IMPORTANT

The invoice number or date of purchase is required for any technical support, warranty claim, etc., as Futurasmus will not be responsible for products purchased from other distributors.

Futurasmus is exempt from the obligation to assume any warranty coverage to users who claim the warranty for (1) products without a serial number or (2) products that do not match those sold directly by Futurasmus. These products will be considered repair work and will not be covered by any warranty.

Procedure for claiming products under warranty

In case a product is defect, you need to submit an RMA (Return Material Authorization) request on our website.

Acces your Futur+ account and click on “RMA request”. Please fill in the form with the needed details. Our technical department will confirm the RMA request via email as soon as possible.

You can track the status of your return or repair process in your Futur+ account.

If the failure is covered by the warranty (after authorization by Futurasmus), it is on the client to ship the malfunctioning product to the address specified by Futurasmus.

Packages with payment at destination will not be accepted by Futurasmus and will be returned to origin. Futurasmus does not take over any customs fee; therefore, the devices must be clearly and correctly sent as "noncommercial value products" (1€) indicating the date of purchase and invoice number as they are malfunctioning units which have already processed by customs at the time of purchase.

Once the needed verifications on the malfunctioning of the product are done, there can be three scenarios:

1. If proven that the device has a manufacturing failure, Futurasmus will ship the product to the manufacturer and will finally send the repaired or replaced product to the client.

2. If proven that the failure is not covered by the warranty, Futurasmus, S.L.: - Will either send the product back to the client, who will take over the shipping costs. - Or send a repair offer, which will have to be accepted in order to proceed with the repairment. In some cases, there could be associated costs (delivery, manipulation, labour (depending on the manufacturer). In case the amount of the offer is accepted, the manufacturer will proceed to repair the item, the delivery of the repaired unit will be made as soon as the payment of the offer has been received.

3. If once the device is tested and no failure or defect is found, the item will be returned to the client, charging the shipping expenses on the client’s side.


In case there is an intention of returning a device (for any reason) an “RMA request” must also be made in order to proceed to return the device. There are various methods of doing this depending on the type of return.

For the acceptance of these types of returns it is necessary that the material has not been used and its package and accessories are received by Futurasmus, S.L.in prefect conditions. The manufacturer can charge a return or depreciation fee. In case the material has been used it is on the manufacturer’s will to accept the return and to establish the associated costs. The client will have to assume the shipping expenses.

NOTICE: In any case, the return policy will be established by the manufacturer. There are manufacturers that don’t accept returns. For more information related to this matter please contact our sales department.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (1/2007), the right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and users (as defined in article 3); Therefore, orders made by companies or self-employed workers (who are the only ones accepted by Futurasmus, S.L) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Futurasmus does not sell to end users or custome.

Applicable legislation

These purchase conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in everything that is not expressly established here.

In the event that the client has his/her domicile outside of Spain, he/whe expressly renounces any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain).
