New update available for HC3 / HC3L (4.3)
We have just released a new version of the firmware and configuration software for the HC3 and HC3L touchscreens. Among the main innovations you will find a completely redesigned thermostat module , which includes P-I control (continuous output or PWM), independent configuration of cold and heat, additional cold and heat stages, etc. We have also expanded the maximum number of technical alarms to 100.

Verso and VERSO + IP flush mount adapter
With the E-F401 flush mount adapter, you can install the Verso or VERSO + IP completely flush on plasterboard and plasterboard walls for seamless integration with the environment.

ISE SMART CONNECT KNX REMOTE ACCESS

The ISE SMART CONNECT KNX REMOTE ACCESS version 5.0 is now available. With the new firmware version, you can use the existing microSD card slot to continuously record KNX telegrams on a microSD card. The stored telegrams can then conveniently be downloaded remotely without having to remove the card. For example, you don`t need to be on site for a fault analysis. Internet connection is enough!

The timer allows to send time and date on the bus at configurable intervals. A trigger can be used to send the transmission of the current time and the current date.

We introduce you the new Kamstrup KNX ultrasonic heat meter Multical 403 with Smart Meetering by Lingg & Janke.

The format of this hot water meter is new: The temperature range of the MULTICAL® 403 is from 15 to 130°C, so it's not just for hot, but also for cold.

Remote re-configuration and long-time accuracy
Imagine that utilities’ heat meters can be configured with new settings adjusted to the current needs – without logistical challenges and direct access to the meters and without legal registers, meter readings or network control being affected.

Imagine, that the meter’s log can be read in order for abnormal consumption patterns to be investigated – without having to disturb the customer unnecessarily.

With the new built-in 2-way communication in MULTICAL® 403 and a READY remote reading system, it is now possible to perform remote configuration of the meters and reading of the log without direct access to the installation.

Discover the possibilities within flexible and easy remote configuration of heat meters – for less hassle for both the utility and the consumer.

Flexibility and longtime accuracy
Now, you only need to keep one meter in stock. With MULTICAL® 403 everything from inlet/outlet position to energy unit, cut-off dates and much more can be configured individually via the meter’s front panel directly at the installation site.

This allows you to keep a low stock and save resources previously spent on planning.

Full flexibility
MULTICAL® 403 can be fitted with a selection of advanced communication modules. Kamstrup offers modules with Modbus, BACnet, M-bus, wireless M-bus and analogue outputs. By combining the meter’s very fast integration time and the modules’ optimised power consumption, you gain access to updated and very frequent meter data. By using M-Bus, the meter obtains a battery lifetime of up to 16 years with meter readings via the module every 10 seconds.

You can upgrade through separate software updates for the meter and module respectively as new possibilities and challenges occur without interfering with legal registers.
