General Sales Conditions of Futurasmus KNX Group, S.L.
 
I. Before making an order
 
 
New clients New clients interested in acquiring products from Futurasmus KNX Group, S.L. must fill in the “New Clients Form” with all the information details requested.
 
Where to send the order You can send your KNX orders with the heading “MATERIAL ORDER” to:

One of our commercial agents will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the reception of your order.

Our staff will make the convenient suggestions (e.g.: eliminate redundant products, add some necessary ones or select other alternatives with better features or/and lower prices) so that you may modify your list of products if you wish to.
 
Delivery times Products in stock: products in stock ordered between 9:00h and 17:00h will be sent off the same day.

Products not in stock: usually, the goods will be sent off within 10 working days from receipt of your order. Nevertheless, due to the huge amount of products / manufacturers we offer, we can not guarantee that term of delivery. That is why our commercial agents will inform you of the estimated delivery time for each particular order.

In case a delay is expected due to a production problem or a problem of any kind, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 
II. Shipping
 
Shipping We deliver in all countries; hence, there are no generally applying shipping times or costs. Our commercial agents will properly inform you of the estimated delivery time and shipping costs before you place the final order.

If you wish, we can give you the tracking number of the package in order for you to know at all times where it is and when to expect it.

Our default courier service is GLS. Nevertheless, please feel free to suggest a different one for your orders.

 
III. Prices
 
Prices In Futurasmus KNX Group, S. L. we work with the list prices established by the original manufacturer of the product (published also in their official catalogues / web sites). You can see a list of all list prices in our electronic catalogue (only available for registered professionals after log in).

If you are a KNX Professional (company or freelance), please contact our commercial agents to learn your discounts and conditions. All our offers also include the applicable discount, shipping costs and payment conditions.
 
IV. Payment procedure
 
Payment Payments will be made in one of the following ways, to be specified on the “New clients” form:
  1. Domiciled draft
  2. Bank transfer
  3. Check or promissory note

The first order will be payable in advanced. Afterwards, credit can be asked for subsequent orders in order to agree to 30 days or longer payment deadline. Please, contact our invoicing department in order to apply for longer payment deadlines (invoices@futurasmus-knxgroup.org)

 
V. Warranties and Returns
 
Warranties All our products have the warranties granted by the original manufacturer (2 years from the date of issue of our invoice)
 
Repair, return or replacement

In case a customer wishes to repair, return or replace a product by any reason, a RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be requested.

    1. Defective products within the warranty period; Futurasmus, S.L. will verify its conditions. Once the relevant tests have been made, one of the following situations will apply:
      • If an existing manufacturing defect is verified, we will proceed to the repair or replacement of the product for free. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
      • If the existing problem is not covered by the warranty, the third point will be of application (Return in case of defect not covered by the warranty).
      • If the tests show no defect or problem in the product, it will be returned to the customer and delivery expenses will be charged.

    2. Return of new material; Customers might return new products within 15 running days from the reception of the material, to either replace it for any other product or request a refund. In this case the manufacturer may charge the customer with a depreciation fee and/or manipulation expenses. For the acceptance of this type of returns it is necessary that the material as well as its package and accessories have not been used and are in original condition. Shipping costs are to be charged to the customer.

    3. Return in case of defects not covered by the warranty; Customers can request an estimate of the repair of the defective material. The repair and shipping expenses will be charged to the customer.
RMA requests (in any of the cases mentioned) will be submitted from the web page http://www.futurasmus-knxgroup.es. After registering, Inside the “My account” menu, you will find a section called “RMA request”. Please, fill in the form and our technical department will confirm your RMA request at the email address you indicated in the registration process and will get in contact with you as soon as possible.
