As you can see from the picture, we have a luxury villa of 2.800 square meters, surrounded by a 4.500 m landscaped area (provided with the appropriate irrigation system, of course). The property includes two pools: one open air swimming pool and another one on the first floor, which is also equipped with jacuzzi and sauna. Additionally, there is a 150 m deep private water well, operated by a pump that is meant to supply two cisterns (of 2.000-litre each) and two other additional deposits (of 1.000-litre each) located within the housing. Finally, there is air conditioning in the whole house, with a maximum power consumption of 9 kW.

The project can be divided into 3 relevant fields:
  • The home automation section: the villa was originally built with a traditional electrical installation. Only later, due to its huge dimensions, did the owners decide to have it automated in order to gain comfort and energy efficiency.
  • The Power Production area: the property has a three-phase solar installation, supported by the network within the legal boundaries.
  • A comprehensive system for the Control, Management and Supervision of the above mentioned installations, that have been unified for efficiency purposes.
