The German Brand Award is the award for successful brands and brand management in Germany.
Its awarded by the German Design Council and the German Brand Institute. On 21 June 2018 was MDT technologies with the German Brand Award 2018 in the category Industry Excellence in Branding awarded as Winner. The award took place in a festive setting in the historical building Palazzo Italia - Römischer Hof in Berlin.

2018 awards the German Brand Award with his top-class panel of experts the best again: Innovative brands, consistent brand management and sustainable brand communication; Personalities and companies, who are groundbreaking in the world of brands. He discovers and presents unique trends – and does not bring only the winners ahead, but the whole brands economy.

MDT technologies is one of the leading producers of KNX products in Germany and was awarded several times with innovation awards of the German middle class.

Every second year, the Futurasmus team travels to the light+building in Frankfurt, the most relevant international fair for KNX professionals. This year a total of 2.714 exhibitors from 55 different countries have shown their latest products; over 220.000 visitors from 177 different nationalities had the chance to enjoy this impressive show.

From xxter we show you information about the firmware and the apps recently available of the Pairot which of course are free download.

This update introduces the following new features and improvements:

• Pairot is now compatible with Google Home, and has been also certified for Google Assistant
  
• Now it's posible to make back-ups manual or automatically to the xxter cloud.

For Google Home there are currently admitted actuators, regulators, thermostats and switches. At the time Google expand his functionality, Pairot will fastly connect with a free firmware update.

150 components can be linked to a Pairot.

Now available the new firmware and configuration software (3.4) for the Iddero HCx-KNX touch panels and Iddero Home Server.

This release introduces the following news & bug fixes:

• New option: Only show video on incoming calls
  
• General improvments in audio quality, audio processing, echo cancellation
  
• Configuration software: Allow importing addresses from ETS project files (.knxproj)
  
• Stability improvements in video/audio processing on long-running systems (HC2, HC2L)
  
• Fix potential FD exhaustion on devices that are configured as KNX clock slaves (Home Server)
  
• Fix long timeouts for idderocloud linking operations when DNS settings are incorrect

We recommend all current users with video intercom sevices to update.
